Karen Nguyen (New-Yen), your REALTOR® Here! Originally from the Greater Toronto Area, I moved to Petawawa and have been a Real Estate Sales Representative since 2016. Pevious to that, I own my first property when I was 23 years old, renting out the basement to help offset my mortgage payments. As time went by, I became a real estate investor with several rental properties and love real estate so much that I wanted to help others in their real estate goals. Today, I help Sellers in marketing their property and providing expert advice and regular updates. I help Buyers by understanding their wants and needs, then showing homes and writing up offers on the house of their choice.
Also, in an efforts to give back to the community, a portion of the proceeds is donated to Habitat for Humanity.
